Finding my blog identity

After months of struggling with what I really want to blog about, I came to the conclusion that I need not think too hard. The materials were already ready and waiting to to be "published" from my Starbucks journal -- and the materials are adding up really fast!

Being a staunch believer in excellent customer service and common (or maybe not) courtesy, I always have an opinion as to how a place -- usually a public establishment like a restaurant or hotel -- could be better run. And I have had many opportunities of late to express my opinion and give some friendly advice to people in the industry. I will need to backtrack, though, as some notes date back a couple of months.

Here's hoping some folks from the service industry will stumble upon this and learn a thing or two about how their people can truly make a difference in their business and in the industry as a whole.
